I was freaking out about the 7 mile run--I don't know how I'll run tomorrow given that I ended up with less than an hour and a half's sleep last night. You're right--I'm ready for this race!<br /><br />And yes, the panic attacks were terrible. I pride myself on being very level headed, so I felt ridiculous at 3:30 am contemplating calling my mom so I could go to the ER! You won't lose fitness - I found this out with my last half --- I did NOT want to taper as much as I did but it paid off! If you can throw in some three and four milers you will be good, in my inexperienced opinion :)<br /><br />Hoping you get to rest today and feel great tomorrow for your 7 miler --- buy if you don't, then don't sweat it too much and just keep resting and go when you can. <br /><br />Trust your training...you are ready! :)Jen@runfortheboyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03697944289118489148noreply@blogger.com
